We were referred to Katie by our mortgage lender when buying our home. Moving down here from Tennessee we had to switch all of our insurance. Not only did she do her best to get us the right coverage on our home, but auto as well. We caught her last minute when trying to purchase a vehicle here in Florida, because we couldn't leave the lot without coverage here in Florida. She was kind enough to stay after, processed the purchase of insurance and added the said vehicle. We couldn't be more pleased with all of it.
